  • Banking arrangements to receive payments/standing orders for Rents/Deposits

  • Credit Checking and affordability/right-to-rent checks

The Lawful Basis for the Collection and Storage of your Personal Data

The basis for processing your personal data are as follows:

  1. Performance of a contract:
    • Where the processing is necessary for a contract we have with an individual or because they have requested for us to take specific steps prior to entering into a contract.

Client data is stored in a managed data centre, with access restricted to our staff and technical support members working on our behalf under the terms of our Privacy Policy.

This data may also be processed by staff that operate outside the EEA working for us or one of our suppliers. In submitting your personal data, you agree to such a transfer and the storing and processing of this data.
