Adam is the brains and heart behind Garrison Property Services and comes from an impressive background of property, consultancy, risk management and a sport betting markets.
In his spare time, he really does read economics and macro for fun, and always follows the Sunday Supplement.

Samantha Sharpe - Operations Manager
Sam joined Garrison after over 10 years’ in the PBSA sector. She is the Operations Manager and manages the day to day operations of the business whilst planning for what’s next.
In her spare time, she can be found either at a garden centre or a country park with her husband and dog, Niamh.

Marv Sadiq - Personal Assistant
Our fitness and nutrition Guru – Marv works closely with Adam and is continuing to develop within the property sector.
Marv also has her own nutrition account on Instagram and recently completed her first London Marathon! On weekends, she also hosts an all girls’ run club.

Emma Thomson - Property Administrator
Enjoys baking, cooking, sewing, walking, reading crime novels. Has a beautiful cat named Smudge.
Sarina Virdi - Property Coordinator
Sarina joined us in 2024 and brings with her a wealth of experience, working in retail, banking and HR previously.
Sarina coordinates the compliance, tenancy onboarding and working with our landlords to ensure their properties are always occupied.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and watching Netflix.
Anna Shearsby - Accounts Manager
Anna has over a decades’ worth of experience in bookkeeping, being fully qualified in LLB/LLM in Law and MAAT, and keeping our accounts in good order.
In her spare time, she is a woman with many hats! A mum to two, she is often chef, chauffeur or being incredibly active with a long hobby list. Cooking, running, biking, pilates, reading…

Pete Parsons - Maintenance Manager
Pete gets things done, and is the whizz behind ensuring all our homes are habitable and safe.
Pete has two decades of experience in property, as a skilled tradesman and also with oversight of projects. He specialises in making sure the refurbishments and maintenance runs smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys football, as a fan and a coach, and spending time with the family. A big fan of the south coast, he loves to holiday in England over the summer.
