ADAM LAWRENCE

Executive Director

As a serial entrepreneur I love finding new and better ways to do things and add value for everyone involved in any transaction. I have taken my years of very active property purchasing, refurbishment and portfolio building, and put them together into what I believe is the best product on the market. I love the numbers side of the business and use my experience in risk management to attempt to keep the downside small and manageable. As a Warwick Business School mentor for entrepreneurship I have found the process extremely rewarding and fulfilling both as a mentee and a mentor. In my spare moments I enjoy spending time with my young family.

Relationship Manager

Angela is all things Garrison. She is the Glue that holds the team together and shares my passion for professionalism and success. Reliable, dependable and knowledgeable are just a few of her qualities that make her the perfect team member.

Angela is a proud mum of four and enjoys outdoor pursuits, family holidays to Florida  and considers herself a bit of a gaming geek!

PETE PARSONS

Operations Manager

Pete is Garrisons trusted Operations Manager, making sure things run smoothly in and out of the office, and always keeping the mood light and never too serious.  We count on Pete to co-ordinate the smooth running of any day-to day needs of our tenants and make our clients feel right at home.

On a Sunday Pete can be found managing his sons' football team. He confidently believes he is the next Alex Ferguson!

ANNE-MARIE SHEARSBY

Accounts Administrator

Anna has over a decades worth of experience in bookkeeping. She is proficient in a multitude of accounting systems and she is responsible for keeping all of Garrison's figures in good order!

Anna enjoys spending her free time on countryside walks with her family and reading crime novels.
